Track Your Order
We know you're eager to get started, so we make following your order simple from the moment it ships.
After your order leaves us You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to begin posting updates after the label is generated.

- Account holders can sign in and open the Orders page for the most current status.
- Shopping as a guest? Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
No tracking email yet? Orders generally ship within our usual processing time. If more time has passed than expected and there's still no confirmation, take a quick look in your spam or promotions folder, then get in touch.
Tracking hasn't moved, or shows delivered but nothing's here? Carriers sometimes skip scans mid-route, and this typically clears up on its own within a day or two. If your package reads as delivered but hasn't turned up, check around your home and with anyone who may have accepted it, then email customerservice@gojohealth.com and we'll step in.
