Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we make returns easy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (fresh or frozen pet food)
  • Opened consumable products (treats, supplements, grooming items)
  • Prescription items
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
  • Items marked 'Final Sale'

How to Return an Item

  • Email support@gojohealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  • Securely pack the item and ship it back using the provided instructions.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
