Our team will verify the price and apply the match to your order.
Step 4: Request within 7 Days
Price matches can also be requested within 7 days of your purchase date.
Eligible Retailers
We will match prices from the following types of retailers:
- U.S.-based online pet specialty stores
- Major national retail chains with an online presence
- Authorized brand websites selling the exact same product
What Qualifies for a Price Match?

| New, unopened items | Refurbished, used, or open-box items |
How to Submit a Price Match Request
- Email us at support@gojohealth.com with the subject line: "Price Match Request"
- Include your order number (if already purchased) or the item you're interested in
- Attach a screenshot or provide the URL of the lower price
- Our team will respond within 1 business day
💡 Price matches are applied as store credit or refund to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline price match requests that do not meet the above criteria.
