Price Match Guarantee

Good health shouldn't cost more than it has to. If you find the same product for less somewhere else, give us the opportunity to match it.

Eligible matches

• It must be the exact same product: identical brand, formula, size, count, and flavor.
• The competing item must be new, currently in stock, and sold by a legitimate U.S.-based authorized retailer.
• The lower price has to be live and verifiable when you submit your request.

What we can't match

• Listings from marketplaces or third-party sellers, auctions, or members-only pricing tiers.
• Clearance, closeout, bundle deals, subscription-only rates, or short-lived flash promotions.
• Prices below our own cost, or deals that end up higher once shipping and fees are added in.
• Pricing that's clearly the result of an error.

Requesting a match Send an email to customerservice@gojohealth.com with a link to the competitor's listing and the price you spotted, plus a screenshot if you have one. Once we confirm the details, we'll apply the match. Requests can be made before you buy or within 7 days after purchase on qualifying items.

We may verify any offer independently and can decline requests that fall outside these terms.
